Aroma / Smell / Nose: Clean, fresh, linseed, nuts, cake, honeyed sweetness, a touch of Sherry, cream soda, vanilla and some peppery notes.
Flavor / Taste / Palate: Assertive and complex. Spices, Sherry, toffee, Ginger cake, brazil nuts, treacle.
